Terms of sale: All new accounts will be shipped C.O.D or cash in advance/credit card until further credit arrangements are made.

If payment is not made in accordance with credit terms, Palms Fashion Inc. shall be entitled to a financing service charge at the rate of 1.5% month or 18% annum on any unpaid balance. If a collection agency is used, all fees incurred be debited to the customer.
Palms Fashion Inc. will reserve rights to limit order quantities.
All return checks will be charged a $35 servicing fee.
There are no warranties beyond manufacture’s description.
Palms Fashion Inc. will not be deemed responsible nor held liable for any damage or claims of injuries, whether intentional or accidental, relating to the misuse of any product.
