Shipping

• Domestic: USPS & UPS

• > $300: FREE SHIPPING (US Domestic ONLY)

Returns

All return ( <30 days of the shipping date) requests must be made by email: returns@palmsfashioninc.com 

All products must be in unused and sellable condition and their original packaging.  A refund will be issued for the merchandise cost minus the original shipping fee and is subject to up to a 20% restocking charge.

No returns will be accepted for:

• Opened, Used, or Damaged item
• Chemicals
• Liquid
• Aerosols
• Clipper/Trimmer Blades
• Razors

In-store pickup: If merchandise is not picked up within one week or returned or canceled after items have been packed, there will be a 10% restocking fee. 

Warranty:

All defective items must be sent to the respective manufacturer for warranty service. We do not provide a warranty beyond the manufacture's description. 

All return items must be in the original packaging in a new condition with an original receipt.

Palms Fashion Inc. is not responsible nor held liable for any damages or injuries due to accidental or intentional misuse of the product.
